Hokkaido University invites you to participate in the Third Japan-Russia Industry, Academia and Government Working-level Conference (IAG Conference), which will be held online on January 27 as part of the HaRP Project. Not only universities adopted for the Inter-University Exchange Project but also representatives of the industry, government and academia involved in exchanges between Japan and Russia are welcome to join, share information, and exchange opinions with the aim of developing and promoting collaboration between Japan and Russia.
