Outline of the Japan-Russia Student Forum meeting

Whereas the promotion of academic collaboration by universities, including the development and implementation of exchange student programs and collaborative academic programs, is of a growing importance in view of the strengthening ties between Japan and Russia, enhancing mutual understanding and fostering friendships between Japanese and Russian students are also crucial, and in recognition of their significance the Japan-Russia Student Forum meeting was held along with the General meeting of the Association of Japanese and Russian Universities. Japanese and Russian student delegates presented their vision of the challenges and prospects of Japanese and Russian people-to-people exchanges.
