Japan-Russia Joint Symposium on Educational and Scientific Development in Medicine 2018 was held from Friday, November 9 to Saturday, November 10 in Niigata with Japan-Russia Medical Exchange Foundation as a co-organizer, as well as given support from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and Niigata Consortium for Japan Russia Medical Sciences and Educational Exchanges. The symposium had more than 150 attendees including approximately 60 Russian attendees.
