Hokkaido University opened M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University – Hokkaido University Joint Office on May 31, 2019.
This Joint Office will serve not only for maintaining liaison between the two universities, but also for promoting studying in Japan among Russians and the activities of the Association of Japanese and Russian Universities. The opening of the Joint Office at Moscow State University is expected to provide further impetus to exchanges between Japanese and Russian universities under the aegis of the Association of Japanese and Russian Universities.
